As all decorated products are made-to-order, all sales are considered final. However, we fully guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship, including issues related to decoration such as print quality, adhesion, or errors resulting from our production process.

If you believe your order has a defect or production issue, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. Upon review, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately, which may include a replacement or corrective action.

To ensure accuracy, customers are responsible for reviewing all design elements prior to placing an order. Berne Apparel is not responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors submitted by the customer
• Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded artwork
• Design or layout errors created during the customization process
• Incorrect product selections, including size, color, or style
